Prices and fees
Our standard registration package (not including nominee services) for registering a Cyprus International Business Company costs €1500, including disbursements (and €2000 for an already registered shelf company). See 'Registration Package' page for details of exactly what this includes.
Our nominee services cost €350 for each nominee service provided (ie. shareholder, director, secretary, registered office) per year. These fees are recurring expenses which will be payable every year.
Apostilling of a document: €120
Opening of a tax file for the company: €200
Tax residence certificate with apostille: €200
Registering the company for VAT: €200
Mail forwarding for one year: €200
Corporate seal: €45
Opening of a bank account, including arranging online banking and a debit card: €200
All of the above prices are exclusive of 15% VAT, which will be added to the price.
